Yield reflects the contractual fee waiver currently in place for this Fund through December 31, 2012. Without this expense waiver, actual yields would have been lower. Certain securities in which the funds invest do not make known the tax character (i.e. dividend income, return of capital, and capital gains) of the distribution until after year-end. Since the tax character is unknown, for purposes of the SEC yield calculation all distributions are treated as income distributions. The actual yield recognized by investors may be less than the quoted yield depending on the final tax character of the distributions.

The annualized rate an investor would receive if the most recent fund distribution stayed the same going forward. This rate does not represent the total return of a fund. Per the prospectus dated 12/31/10, the Fund’s total annual operating expense ratio, gross of any fee waivers or expense reimbursements, is 0.98%. There is a contractual fee waiver currently in place for this Fund through December 31, 2013 to the extent necessary to keep Fund operating expenses from exceeding 0.60% of average net assets per year. However, some expenses fall outside of this expense cap and therefore net operating expenses were 0.84%. Without this expense cap, actual returns would be lower.

After tax returns are calculated using the historical highest individual federal marginal income tax rates during the periods shown and do not reflect the impact of state and local taxes. Actual after tax returns depend on an investor’s tax situation and may differ from those shown.

Since Inception returns assume a purchase of the ETF at the initial share price for share price returns or the initial net asset value (NAV) per share for NAV returns. Returns for periods of less than one year are not annualized. Returns included a reinvestment of distributions. Investors should also be aware that these returns were primarily achieved during favorable market conditions and may not be sustainable.

The net asset value per share for each Fund is determined once daily as of the close of the NYSE, usually 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, each day the NYSE is open for trading.
